UNISON’s negotiating team had made it very clear that after years of real terms pay cuts (25% of the value of your pay since 2010) and the work done by our members throughout Covid, we needed a serious offer. And this isn’t it!

Right now we are consulting our members and the NJC committee strongly recommend you reject the offer in a consultation exercise that will run until 23rd September. We need maximum turnout for this to justify moving to a ballot for industrial action. They don’t think you will do anything about your pay. We need to prove them wrong.

You can read more about the pay consultation here http://www.plymouthinunison.org.uk/vote-to-reject-unfair-pay-offer/

You should by now have received this email from UNISON South West. Check you inbox (or spam) on or around 31st August
