Workers Memorial Day
Plymouth in UNISON will be joining Plymouth Trades Council on a public stall at the Sundial during the morning including a minutes silence at 11am If you can't join us please consider taking a minute at 11am to remember all those who have lost their lives going to work particularly over the Covid19 period

After 2 years of Pandemic-enforced isolation, Plymouth TUC is returning to face-to-face activities! The May Day march and Festival is BACK!!! This year we will be linking with the huge issues facing the international working class - Inflation, Climate and War. Nurses Day
International Nurses’ Day takes place on 12 May and the theme this year is ‘Invest in Nursing’. We plan to support the work of our nursing family by calling for proper investment in nurses. UNISON’s General Secretary Christina McAnea will share a blog on the theme and we’ll publish videos from our nurse members where they discuss the need for investment.
