The New year has seen more of the same old Problems for CeraCare Staff with most staff being underpaid om their January pay packet

UNISON has been chasing the management both directly and through working with commissioners and whilst there has been some response there are still many outstanding issues.

Working with individuals can only get us so far, its time we organised all the staff in Plymouth and demanded union recognition so that we can work with the company to make CeraCare the place to work and not the place to get away from.
